If this doesn't help, please contact us with your browser, operating system, and a brief description of the issue.

First, check whether the payment was billed through Apple, Google, or Steam — purchases there appear under the name of the respective platform provider. For payments made directly through our browser games, our support team will be happy to help.
Are prices displayed including VAT?
Yes, all prices shown in our browser games include the applicable statutory value-added tax (VAT).
The game is stuttering or running very slowly. What could be causing this?
Possible causes include a weak internet connection, too many browser tabs open at once, or an outdated browser. Make sure your browser is up to date and close any tabs you don't need.
The game doesn’t work on my smartphone.
Our browser games are optimized for desktop browsers. On mobile devices, we recommend using the latest version of Chrome or Safari. For an optimal mobile experience, our games are also available as apps on the App Store or Google Play.
