Yes. All payments in our browser games are processed securely and encrypted via Stripe or PayPal. We do not store complete payment data, such as credit card numbers, on our servers.

Please try reloading the game first — there is sometimes a short delay after a payment. If the content is still missing after 10 minutes, email us at [email protected] with your proof of purchase, the game's name, and the purchase date.

For purchases made in our browser games, we review each case individually — just send us a short email with the date, amount, and a description. For purchases made through the App Store, Google Play, or Steam, please use the respective platform's refund process.

Please contact us at [email protected] with a brief description of the incident, the date, and the amount. We take such cases seriously and will help you resolve them without hassle. We also recommend removing payment methods from the child's profile.
