I have a problem with a purchase made through the App Store or Google Play.
For payment issues processed through the App Store or Google Play, Apple or Google respectively is your direct point of contact. Apple refunds can be requested at reportaproblem.apple.com, and Google refunds through your order history in Google Play.
I have a problem with a Steam purchase.
Steam purchases are handled by Valve. You can request a refund through the Steam Support Assistant at help.steampowered.com. For game-specific questions, feel free to contact us directly as well.
